PhotoPark Manager allows identifying vehicles from their license plate numbers. PhotoPark Manager is based on a PC linked to cameras architecture.It combines the image of a vehicle (and therefore its LPN) with related data (time of arrival, used lane…).

The software connects the cameras to the PC, but also the detection systems (magnetic loops, photoelectric cells) and the elements managing the access to the parking (barriers, lights …).

This software can also work independently of the equipment of the carpark. The passage of the vehicles is then detected automatically via the analysis of the video.

The software allows :

• Search of vehicles with:
  • License plate number
  • Time of arrival
  • Lane used when entering the parking lot
• automatic detection of vehicles sticking on the parking lot(plus a proof by the image)
• displaying of the vehicles in real time
• Alarms for the vehicles on a black list
• automatic opening for the subscribed users

• Up to 8 cameras surveying the accesses, each equipped with an IR lighting
• One or two frame grabber (depending on the number of cameras)
• One or two I/O module managing the signals sent by the parking detectors (magnetic loop) or sending a signal (lifting of the barrier, traffic light)
